- Shipping Locations: We ship to all regions within Nigeria. International shipping is available upon request, subject to additional charges.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to product availability.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 72 hrs for local deliveries and 14 days for international deliveries. Please note that unforeseen delays such as customs clearance or weather conditions may impact delivery time.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Costs will be included in VAT in the invoice before confirming your order.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours for assistance.
Refund Policy
At GreensVille Ropes and Accessories Ltd., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:
- Eligibility for Refunds: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain products may be non-refundable, such as custom-fabricated items, safety equipment, or items that are marked as non-returnable during purchase.
- Refund Request: Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within7 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges, handling fees, and any other associated costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we offer flexibility when it comes to cancellations, returns, and exchanges:
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
- Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to product availability and will follow the same conditions as returns.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-fabricated orders and safety equipment are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or an error was made in the order.
